Dolgi Hrbet (2473 m / 8392 ft) is a mountain that lies between the highest mountains in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, Grintovec (2558 m) and Skuta (2532 m). The mountain is harder accessible, so all marked paths are suitable for more experienced mountaineers and hikers. The mountain got its named by the steep precipice, the highest in the Alps. The steep wall are about 1000 meters high.. From the top of this wall there is a beautiful view into the heart of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps.
